Hotel Description

Our house is a former 16th Century (auberge) coaching inn which has been lovingly renovated and fully refurbished providing exceptional group accommodation for up to 14 people. We are cyclists ourselves and searched the Pyrenees looking for suitable property.  When we came across this house we knew it was perfect.  The proximity to many of the iconic cols as well as the flatter “easy day” routes is superb.  We also knew that we needed a property with plenty of space to accommodate large groups comfortably.  This house has that in abundance.

There is over 1,500 sqr ft of communal internal living space. The spacious light dining room is 33ft long by 22 ft wide, upstairs there is a games room with wattbike, sofas, TV and pool table and also a small lounge area (22ft x 11ft) which is just perfect for chatting with the rest of your group about the days ride whilst enjoying a refreshing drink. The original wooden beams, stone walls and floors blend seamlessly with the contemporary large windows.

There are 4 large bedrooms all of which are en-suite. Three of the four rooms can accommodate up to 4 people.  The fourth room can accommodate 2 people.  The maximum we can accommodate is a group of 14. We can obviously accommodate several smaller groups.  No one will share a room with strangers.

The house can also be taken as a self-catering accommodation for a week/s or long weekend which is perfect for professional/semi-professional cycling teams who may want to bring their own catering staff.  The property has a large well equipped commercially designed kitchen.

A washing machine and drier is available should you need to wash your kit and wet kit can be dried in the small boiler room.

There is a secure bike shed with tools for most repairs and space for bike cases to be stored.

In the surrounding grounds there are 2 terraces and large gardens with a petanque area and a fish pond.

There is ample parking in our private car park and a secure bike shed with tools and work space.

Breakfast is continental style with lots of stuff (croissant, pain au chocolate, coffee, tea, fruit juices, yoghurt etc) which Sue will elaborate upon which is taken between 08.00 and 09.30.

There is post ride cake and tea/coffee fruit juices and recovery shakes.

Evening meal is served around 19:30 hrs which is three courses and includes beer, wine, tea, coffee.

We do not have a licence to sell alcohol however we operate an honesty bar and leave a box on the bar top for you to make a contribution.

We realise that group bookings are often not something that can be done online without contact with us and your group organiser to this end we have a voip phone with a UK number which makes it easier and less costly to call us.

Our cycling season starts beginning of April and finishes end of October. We must emphasise how important it is to book early to avoid disappointment.
