What happens if my bike gets damaged or lost?

It is very rare that your bike will get lost or damaged. However if this happens you should:

1. Speak to lost luggage at the airport. 99% of the time their computer will know exactly where your bike is. They will give you a time scale to get it back, and options for getting it delivered to your hotel.

2. Inform your Insurance company. (We recommend Yellow Jersey)

3. Contact us, using your emergency number provided, and we will do our best to help sort you a hire bike on the ground.
