Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Located on the coast, just a stone's throw from some great riding, Costa Teguise is an ideal base - especially for those that like to enjoy themselves on and off the bike. It's located on the eastern side of Lanzarote, close to the capital and only 10 to 15 minutes by car from the airport. It offers all types of accommodations and activities.

Where to Ride?

The island is dotted with great routes. The drivers are cycle-friendly, and the island is pretty flat. Head inland for the best riding and be sure not to miss the high point of the island by taking on the Mirador de Haria climb.

Where to Stay?

If you like to enjoy yourself as much off the bike as you do on the bike, stay closer to the centre of Costa Teguise. If you prefer things a bit quieter, stay further out. There is a great choice of bike-friendly hotels here. Contact us for our personal recommendations.

What to Eat?

Don't miss the amazing seafood served here.

What to do, other than ride?

Other than cycling and spending time on the beach, walking, snorkeling, water sports (including an aquatic park), wind surfing and boat-based activities are all popular.

What Climb not to miss?

Don't miss climbing the famous Mirador de Haria climb.

What you didn't know about Costa Teguise?
